Our cornice mouldings and panel mouldings are made in standard 8 feet length to help saving time and money during installation. Each piece of our products goes through rigorous quality control and finishing process to give it a polished refined look and smooth texture surface.
Installation of polyurethane mouldings is quick and effortless. They are handled in the same manner as in wood but are much easier and faster than wood or plaster to install.

Product features:
      ● Flame retardant: C&D mouldings have been tested and certified to meet ASTM fire safety code standard for interior decoration. They are non self combustible and non conducive to surface spread of flame.
       ● Ease of Installation: C&D mouldings are light weighted and easy to install. They can be nailed, drilled, glued and sawed like wood but only require half of the cost and time to installing wood or plaster mouldings. Our products can be used in both interior and exterior settings.
       ● Durability: C&D polyurethane mouldings are made from high density foam and are strong and durable. They will no rot, crack, deform, split, warp, bow or subject to insect damage. They are high temperature tolerant, impervious to water and moisture, and readily accept any latex or oil-base paint finish.
       ● Pre-primed: C&D polyurethane mouldings are pre-primed white and can be paint or stained immediately.  Other paint finishes are also available.

Other paint finishes including gold trace, pastel, antique copper finish and etc.
PU flexible mouldings allow flexing so they can be fitted along curves and around corners to meet any installation need. (special order)

Angle sharp edge allows pieces to fit smoothly against walls and ceilings. Overall effect is a better installed finish with superb views of architecture beauty. (C&D registered trademark is imprinted on the back of each C&D product)
PU stone veneers are light weighted and easy to install . They are ideal for both interior and exterior trims. They act as insulation to keep room cool during summer and warm during winterduct)

Installation Guide :

When installing polyurethane mouldings, treat them just as if they were wood. They can be cut, drilled, nailed, and screwed like wood. We recommend the use of trim head drywall screws as fasteners. They are self counter sinking and leave a hole that is easy to fill.font-family:Arial; color:black;mso-font-kerning:0pt'>

1、Place a piece of moulding on the wall and pencil the edges of where the moulding touches the ceiling and the wall.

2、The cornice can be installed directly over wall.

3、Begin your installation by fastening all of your corners first.

4、To determine the length of moulding, measure the distance between each corner block. If, for example, the distance between two corners is at least 7 feet, be sure to add an additional 1/8” to that length so that the moulding can be “sprung” into place. Before you spring the moulding into place, put a bead of urethane adhesive along the top and bottom edge of the moulding where it will meet the backing as well as the edges that touch the corner block.

5、It is recommended to use a premium paintable “siliconzed” (or “super latex”) latex adhesive caulk with polyurethane products. This will act as a bedding surface which will fill any gaps caused by the unevenness of walls or ceilings.

6、Nail the moulding with finish nail. Once the moulding is in place, be sure to remove all excessive immediately. Remove of the adhesive can be done with a soft, lint-free cloth.

7、All nail or screw holes can now be filled with quality sandable, paintable, non-shrinking latex filler (spackling) or wood putty.i>

8、The same material can be used to blend joints and edges.

9、The gap between ceiling and moulding or between wall and moulding can be filled with 100% silicon caulk.

10、Wipe excessive caulk with wet lint free towel.

11、It is recommended to fill the join between two mouldings with epoxy putty so it will not crack easily in the future. Nail hole can be filled with regular putty.

12、For joints between mouldings and edges between wall, use paintable adhesive caulk to fill and blend joints and edges.  It is recommended to use silicon latex adhesive caulk with polyurethane products. The caulk will act as a bedding surface which will fill any gaps caused by the unevenness of walls or ceilings.  All nail holes can be filled with latex filler or non-shrinking spackling paste.
